The idea for Bánh Voyage was born out of a conversation between friends hanging out at a local coffee shop. The mission quickly became to share our passion for bánh mi and Vietnamese food with the Montclair community, while also creating a gathering space where strangers and friends alike can share a moment of connection over good food.
